About Ginger

As a proven, successful Real Estate Broker Associate in the Lake Tahoe Basin since 2005, Ginger Nicolay-Davis is committed to helping buyers and sellers make their dreams of owning or selling their homes in Tahoe a reality. She is dedicated to making every client’s experience as seamless as possible from start to finish.

Not only is Ginger a seasoned broker associate, she is also a real estate investor. Over the past 16 years she and her husband Josh have renovated and sold over 130 properties in the Tahoe Basin for their clients and for themselves. The knowledge Ginger has about quality, construction, and the renovation process is expansive. Her motto has always been, she would never sell a house to a client that she would not buy herself. She treats her clients like family and understands that honesty and integrity in the real estate process is key. Ginger has talked many buyers out of buying properties she felt were not a good fit, and continued to search until those buyers found the right property. As an owner of multiple investment properties in the Tahoe Basin, Ginger spends an extensive amount of time with her clients to help them determine which properties will meet their investment goals. Ginger walks her clients through the entire process providing expert guidance in all areas of the transaction.

In addition to being a successful broker associate and real estate investor, Ginger is the Mom of two teenage boys, two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and a Ragdoll cat. She is an avid road/mountain biker, and runner. She loves sharing her knowledge of all the basin has to offer with her clients.
