Ginger Orsi

Ginger Orsi is a Los Angeles Realtor, real estate investor, and development advisor known for her strategic negotiation, investment-minded approach, and concierge level service. Clients consistently describe her as hardworking, honest, highly communicative, and deeply invested in helping them make confident decisions in one of the country's most competitive real estate markets.

Before becoming a Realtor, Ginger built her expertise from the inside out. She began her career with Nu Urban Residential, a Los Angeles investment company where she eventually became Investment Manager, overseeing the renovation and development of more than 50 homes and 175 apartment units. That hands-on experience gives her clients a unique advantage, allowing her to evaluate properties not just as homes, but as long term investments with untapped potential.

In 2016, Ginger transitioned into residential real estate sales, bringing institutional level investment knowledge to everyday buyers and sellers. Whether representing a first time homebuyer, luxury homeowner, or seasoned investor, she combines market expertise with thoughtful guidance, creative problem solving, and skilled negotiation to deliver exceptional results. Her clients know they have an advocate who will go above and beyond at every stage of the process.

Ginger earned a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge and a Certificate in Finance from UCLA. She also spent a decade in television production and set design for shows including The Bachelor; an experience that sharpened her eye for design, presentation, and visual storytelling, skills that now help her market homes in compelling ways.

Raised in a family with deep roots in real estate, Ginger purchased her first property at 20 years old using what is now known as house hacking, igniting a lifelong passion for investing and wealth building. She advises clients with the perspective of both an investor and an agent.

Beyond her professional work, Ginger supports youth and environmental organizations through volunteer efforts and charitable giving, and has been invited to speak at USC, California State University, Northridge, and California State University, Long Beach on real estate investing, psychology and entrepreneurship.

When she's not negotiating contracts or touring properties, Ginger enjoys hiking Los Angeles trails, practicing yoga and martial arts, restoring classic cars, cycling, traveling, and exploring the neighborhoods that make Southern California one of the most dynamic places to call home.
