Giovanna Boscia

In her inaugural year as a realtor, Giovanna has assisted the Stephanie Basile Group in over $20M in sales volume. 

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Giovanna’s strong work ethic and dedication to building life-long, authentic relationships stem from being raised by first- and second-generation Italian immigrants. The main core value they instilled in her is the importance of family. For Giovanna, family represents a refuge; a strong support system and a secure place to live. Giovanna’s father was a third generation building contractor. As a result, she grew up watching her father, grandfather, and uncles transform empty, dirt lots into beautiful properties. Her values and experiences paved the way for one of her greatest passions: guiding her clients throughout every stage of their lives at every house they convert to a home.

Prior to joining Lila Delman, Giovanna studied Psychology at the University of Rhode Island. Very early on in life, she felt the obligation to make a difference and urge others to reach their full potential. While attending Providence Country Day School, Giovanna’s love for taking action, building trustworthy relationships, and inspiring others was displayed through her membership on the Women’s Soccer Team, Women’s Lacrosse Team, and Men’s Hockey Team. This love earned her the positions of two-year Captain of the lacrosse team and Captain of the soccer team. The same determination and commitment she had to her teammates is reflected in the service she provides to her clients throughout every transaction.

When asked to join the Stephanie Basile Group, Giovanna had no hesitation. The team’s Mission Statement, to “improve the lives of our clients through top notch real estate service and expertise”, is a direct reflection of her value of family. Before becoming a realtor, Giovanna had already established her “why” in life; to make a difference​ and have a positive and inspiring influence on every person that she may meet. The Stephanie Basile Group has and continues to make a lasting, beneficial impact in each of their clients’ lives, which is why her decision to join the team was an easy one.
