About Gisellah
Since moving to Cobble Hill, Brooklyn in 1991, Gisellah has cultivated a deep appreciation for the charm and vibrancy of her neighborhood. Finding her perfect apartment that year on Strong Place, long before it became such a sought-after locale, she has always known the value of Brooklyn's unique appeal.
In 2000, with determination and some financial gymnastics, Gisellah and her husband bought a multi-family brownstone on Degraw Street. Its condition reminded them of the set from The Honeymooners! Together, they slowly renovated and upgraded their home, gaining invaluable experience in the intricacies of real estate. Throughout the years, Gisellah has bought and sold various properties, including a condominium on Tiffany Place, a historic townhouse in Crown Heights, a beach house on Fire Island, and a country retreat in Litchfield County.
Fuelled by her passion for real estate, Gisellah transitioned from a successful career as an advertising producer to obtain her real estate license in 2018. Since joining The Denver Butson Team, she has leveraged her extensive background in managing large projects and budgets to guide her clients through the intricacies of real estate transactions.
Gisellah has a keen eye for spotting hidden gems in the market and identifying properties with great investment potential. She thrives on helping first-time buyers navigate the journey, drawing from her own experiences as an income-challenged buyer. Furthermore, she takes immense pleasure in assisting clients in finding their forever homes. She has worked with buyers and sellers of townhouses, co-ops and condominiums.
Her sales acumen is strengthened by her advertising expertise, exemplified by her recent achievement of selling a client’s co-op on Tompkins Place for a record-breaking price. With Gisellah, clients receive not only a dedicated real estate professional but also a trusted advisor who genuinely understands their needs and aspirations.
In her spare time, Gisellah loves spending time with her wonderful young dog Dottie. She spends a lot of time watching films with her husband who is a film editor of considerable talent. They enjoy time away from work at their home in Litchfield County where they are of course renovating on an ongoing basis!!
