About Giselle
For more than 15 years, Giselle has been dedicated to helping others transform their lives through health, wellness, and mentorship, positively impacting over 1,000 individuals along the way. Her passion for helping people began early. Basketball became a lifelong pursuit at just three years old, eventually leading her to compete at the College of DuPage before building a career as a personal trainer, health coach, and high school girls basketball coach. Throughout every stage of her journey, her mission has remained the same: empowering others to become the best version of themselves.
That same passion for serving others inspired the creation of G Nutrition, a nutrient-dense meal preparation and catering company built on generations of family tradition. Giselle's great-grandmother prepared traditional nacatamales from her home for Los Ranchos, a beloved Nicaraguan restaurant, and that legacy of hard work and hospitality continued through Giselle and her mother, who became the first generation in their family to own and operate a licensed commercial kitchen in the United States. For over a decade, G Nutrition became more than a business—it became a way to nourish, support, and serve their community with faith, grit, and heart.
