Giuliana Rocha

Giuliana is a member of Coconut Grove’s top-producing real estate team. She brings to every real estate transaction the perfect combination of sound analytical business principles and thorough knowledge of everything Miami has to offer. She truly believes real estate should be a positive experience for everyone. For this reason, she dedicates as much time needed in communicating, educating, and making clients feel at ease with every transaction. She represents buyers, sellers and investors in Miami-Dade County with a special focus in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell, South Miami and Pinecrest.

She is a lifelong Miami resident with a global mindset. She has also resided in Latin America and Europe, giving her an edge with international clients. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Prior to real estate, Giuliana worked for Fortune 500 companies doing business development and managing markets in North America, Latin America and Europe. She holds a B.S. in Communications and an MBA from University of Florida

On a personal level, Giuliana lives in Coconut Grove with her husband and two young daughters. She is an involved volunteer and part of the PTA Board in the neighboring schools. On her off time, she’s an avid traveler and foodie.
