I’m Giuseppe Bausilio — originally from Switzerland, now a longtime New Yorker — and I’ve always been captivated by New York City's rhythm, architecture, and endless opportunity. Before diving into real estate, I built a successful international career performing in Broadway hits like Billy Elliot, Newsies, and Hamilton. Those years taught me discipline, communication, and how to read the room — all of which now give my clients a strategic edge in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
I’m fluent in six languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Italian — which helps me connect authentically with clients from all over the globe. I’ve also got a sharp eye for design, a powerful network, and a real passion for helping people find more than just a property — I help them find a place to thrive.
Real estate has been personal to me from the beginning. I became a homeowner, landlord, and property manager at 19, and those early experiences taught me the ins and outs of what it really means to own and care for a property. I understand the importance of smart investments, clear communication, and building long-term value — because I’ve lived it.
