Originally from Switzerland and now a longtime New Yorker, Giuseppe Bausilio brings a global perspective and a personal understanding of real estate to every client he works with.
Giuseppe became a homeowner, landlord, and property manager at just 19, giving him firsthand experience in property ownership and investment long before becoming an agent. Today, he is part of The DuMa Group at Compass, a team with more than $250 million in transactions and over 50 years of combined experience. His number one goal is to help people, the way real estate helped him!
Before real estate, Giuseppe grew up as a Ballet dancer and built an international career on Broadway, performing in Billy Elliot, Newsies, Hamilton and many other shows. That background taught him discipline, communication, and how to read a room expertly.
Fluent in 6 languages, Giuseppe works with clients from New York and around the world.
