Hi, I’m Glen Clemmons — born and raised in Greensboro, NC, and a proud NC State graduate with a degree in mathematics. My love for problem-solving and data interpretation has shaped how I approach real estate: with clarity, precision, and purpose.

Since entering the business in 2018, I’ve been a top-producing agent every year and was honored to be named to REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2021. As Co-Founder and Partner of Umstead & Oak Real Estate Partners, brokered by Compass, I help clients across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and the Triangle area make wise, well-stewarded real estate decisions.

I see my role as more than just a transaction guide — I’m an advisor and advocate helping people navigate one of the most meaningful investments of their lives. I’m driven by stewardship, growth, and the privilege of helping clients see the full potential in their homes and investments.

Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, caregiver, and team leader. I’m passionate about leadership, business development, and motivating others to thrive — whether through mentoring agents, public speaking, or simply connecting with people in meaningful ways. I’m energized by growth and productivity and love transforming ideas into results that make life better for others.
