About Glenn
Born and raised in Hawaii, Glenn graduated from Punahou School and the University of Hawaii, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has more than thirty years of business experience in the hotel & restaurant industries with executive experience in Hawaii, California, Saudi Arabia & Germany.
His broad executive experience with local and mainland hotel chains engrained a passion and focus on providing customer service beyond expectations. Managing multiple properties, 380+ employees, negotiating vendor contracts and retail space leases provided Glenn with the skills to market properties, negotiate price costs, effectively communicate with Buyers, Sellers, and close transactions, all hallmarks of his success.
Glenn started working in commercial real estate specialized in office leases sales, retail leases & investment properties in 1999 and moved into residential real estate in 2001. Glenn has been in real estate sales for over 14 years and has over $28M in closed sales.
When not working on real estate, Glenn balances his time with his wife, Anne, and two children, Brooke and Robert. He paddles 6-man canoes, during the regatta season, on the OCC House Committee Chair for 3 years, and a Past President of the Outrigger Canoe Club 2003-4. He is currently President of the TIMI 2012-14 of the University of Hawaii’s Travel Industry Management International Alumni Association. He served, over 24 years, on the board of the Family Programs Hawaii which enhances the lives of foster children. He is a member of the Waikiki Rotary Club, 25 years, and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Hawaii Army National Guard.
