Goncalo Lopes

Gonçalo brings a checklist mentality to real estate, honed through an unlikely combination of backgrounds. He worked as a CrossFit coach and Padel instructor, roles that put him in front of a constant stream of new people and taught him how to read what someone actually needs before they say it out loud. He also has a background in aviation, an industry built on precision and process, and it shaped how he approaches every transaction: follow the steps in order and the outcome takes care of itself. That combination shows up in how he works. Gonçalo pairs an eye for detail with a genuine ability to connect, whether he's helping a first-time buyer find the right home or guiding a seller through getting their property ready for the market. Helping people has been a constant thread through everything Goncalo's done, and real estate gave him a direct way to do it. Gonçalo is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish at a high level, adding another layer of access for buyers and sellers. Born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, he now calls the Treasure Coast home with his wife, Christina, their two young children, Sofia and Mateo, and their two dogs, Kang and Moose. When he's not working, he's usually on a Padel court, playing soccer or pickleball, or getting a CrossFit workout in. He's a devoted fan of Sporting Clube de Portugal and dreams of one day watching Portugal play a World Cup match on home soil.
