Grace has lived and grown up in the Chicago area for over 18 years, where her natural enthusiasm for connecting with people sparked an early interest in real estate. She began an internship with The Kavanaugh Group in the summer of 2022, working closely under Anne Kavanaugh and gaining hands-on experience in social media, marketing, open houses, and property showings. This immersive experience deepened her appreciation for the real estate industry and inspired her future career.
Alongside her work in real estate, Grace has developed a strong passion for interior design. She recently launched her own interior design business, where she combines her keen eye for aesthetics, thoughtful space planning, and understanding of how design impacts marketability and livability. Grace brings a unique perspective that bridges real estate and design, helping homes not only look beautiful, but feel intentional, functional, and ready to impress both buyers and homeowners alike.
