Before joining Kim Covino & Co., Grace spent over a decade as Executive Vice President of Business Operations at a leading Massachusetts real estate company, where she oversaw finance, administration, operations and staff across 12 locations. Her experience managing a large real estate organization gives her a unique understanding of both the business and transactional sides of the industry. After 12 years in a corporate environment, Grace was excited to bring her experience to a top-producing local team where she could make a more direct impact. As a licensed real estate agent, she combines her operational expertise with firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling process. Known for her efficiency, organization and technology expertise, Grace works behind the scenes and directly with clients to ensure every transaction runs as smoothly as possible from beginning to end.
