As Founder of Kaage Homes Interior Design & Development and Principal Agent of Kaage Homes Real Estate Team at Compass, Grace combines a rich background in brokerage, development and design to help clients buy, sell, and create beautiful homes that become extraordinary investments.

Based on Chicago's North Shore, Grace and her team serve clients locally and across the country. Drawing from her tenure as a Managing Director at Compass, Grace has an impressive track record in sales and operations. She played a pivotal role in scaling Compass Illinois to become the second-largest brokerage in the state and led Compass Indiana from inception to ranking as the third-largest brokerage in Indiana by sales volume.

Real estate and design run deep in Grace's lineage. As a third-generation home services expert, she and her husband have earned a reputation for excellence in the luxury market, with a particular focus on restoring historic homes. Grace has a passion for late 19th and early 20th-century properties, as well as designing new construction homes that exude timeless beauty. Her projects consistently achieve record-breaking sales, blending the best of design and real estate for extraordinary results.
