Grace is a dynamic, self-driven professional with a strong passion for success and a proven talent for building profitable relationships. She is committed to providing excellent service to every client every time. With over 25 years of experience, Grace has first-hand knowledge at all levels of real estate transactions. These range from representing first-time buyers, helping investors secure rental property, and helping sellers to list, market, and sell for top dollar. She also has experience in purchasing bank-owned/REO and HUD properties and negotiating short sales. She has seen all the up-and-down cycles of the real estate market over her career, which allows her to anticipate both her clients' needs and the potential challenges of their unique transaction whether they are a buyer, seller, or a seasoned investor. She is also a good communicator, with many key skills that will make her client’s transactions worry-free.

Grace was born and raised in the Philippines. The oldest of 12 children, she helped raise and support her family back home. She immigrated to the US over 30 years ago and has since lived in CA, NV, and now Austin, TX.

In her free time, Grace enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and adorable Shih-Tzu named Nala. She and her husband love to travel and explore different cultures as well as their history. Yosemite National Park, which they lived near, and the northern coast of California are dear to their hearts as is Carmel, a place where they met and got married. She frequents Chicago, where her husband is from, and visits regularly. Here in Austin, the hike & bike trail trails by the lake and local food and barbeque fare are mainstays. When Grace needs to “let off steam,” you will find her enjoying a great workout. Dance jam, pilates, FIT & Barbel Strength are among the classes she frequents.
