Bart Stockton
is a third-generation REALTOR® and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas & Oklahoma. He serves as the Chief of Operations, Finance, and Compliance for Paragon. In this role he supervises the day-to-day work of the staff and sales agents. He has been licensed for over 23 years and is grateful to have spent 18 of them working with the Paragon broker, Mike Miller.
Bart is a Life Member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA), having served as its President for 2016-2017 and on the Board of Directors from 2013-2018. He has been awarded TRETA's coveted Certified Real Estate Instructor™ (CREI) designation, has received the President's Service Award twice, and was the 2019 recipient of the association's Don Roose Award of Excellence. He was one of four statewide recipients of the 2021 Texas REALTORS® to Watch Award and was a 2025 nominee for Texas REALTORS® Instructor of the Year. Bart is also a member of the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) and the TEXAS REALTORS® Faculty. In 2025 he received the Outstanding Educational Leadership Award from the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS®
He has authored self-published manuals and courses on a variety of real estate topics and was the Contributing Editor for Texas Real Estate Brokerage: A Management Guide and Content Reviewer for Texas Real Estate Agency, both published by Dearborn Real Estate Education, a Kaplan Professional Company. He is a Subject Matter Expert for PearsonVUE which produces the Texas real estate licensing exams. Bart graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences featuring a real estate concentration and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®.
Bart's passion for real estate education stems from the legacy of his family's real estate school and brokerage in Southeast Texas where he learned first-hand the necessity for highly trained license holders to assist clients with the biggest financial decision that many will make in their lifetimes.
