About Grace

As a Sales Manager at Compass, Grace Ng Rahmé partners with top-producing agents across New York City to build sustainable, high-performing businesses grounded in clarity, discipline, and community. With more than two decades of experience as a real estate advisor and team leader, she has specialized in new development sales, townhouse, condo, and co-op transactions, as well as buyer representation throughout the five boroughs. She coaches agents to dream big, collaborate without ego, and think like business owners—leveraging Compass’s global network of over 300,000 agents and combining high-tech tools with a high-touch approach to deliver bespoke client experiences. A natural connector, she brings people, ideas, and opportunities together to drive meaningful growth.

An attorney and entrepreneur at heart, Grace has built and led ventures across brokerage, property management, and law. She co-founded and guided a nationally ranked RealTrends Top 1.5% team at Compass for seven years, launched a boutique brokerage and management firm, and managed her own law practice. She also served as Vice President of Business Development, leading the expansion of a Manhattan-based brokerage into Brooklyn, and as Vice President of Real Estate Development, overseeing strategy and transactions across a portfolio exceeding $500 million in asset value. Her combined legal and entrepreneurial background enables her to guide agents beyond transactions—helping them build systems, sharpen their value propositions, and create lasting enterprise value.

Born in Singapore and conversant in Mandarin Chinese, Grace maintains global connections and serves a diverse community. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children and enjoys running with their rescue pup, yoga, Pilates, cooking, pickleball, and reading. A certified yoga instructor and Brooklyn Half Marathon finisher, she brings the same discipline and endurance to both her personal and professional pursuits. Guided by values of service and generosity instilled early on, she remains active in nonprofit leadership and mentors the next generation as a Girl Scout leader.
