She also served as Vice President of Business Development, leading the expansion of a Manhattan-based brokerage into Brooklyn, and as Vice President of Real Estate Development, overseeing strategy and transactions across a portfolio exceeding $500 million in asset value. Born in Singapore and conversant in Mandarin Chinese, Grace maintains global connections and serves a diverse community. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children and enjoys running with their rescue pup, yoga, Pilates, cooking, pickleball, and reading. A certified yoga instructor and Brooklyn Half Marathon finisher, she brings the same discipline and endurance to both her personal and professional pursuits.
