Long before becoming an agent, Graham had begun rehabbing and renovating properties in his twenties, shortly after purchasing his first home on Capitol Hill. Whether full-gut rehabs, structural additions, apartment-to-condo conversions, or major kitchen and bath renovations, he's seen it all.
