About Grant
Grant leads Yelp's top ranked team that covers Manhattan and Brownstone Brooklyn.  Grant was elected to REBNY's Residential Brokerage Board of Directors for '24-'25 and is the youngest Board Member of NYRAC, an industry group for agents lead by veteran agents in NYC. 

An Econ major out of Emory University with a digital marketing and lead generation background, Grant provides thoughtful market analysis while leveraging a decade of experience to optimize the sales process for both buyers and sellers.  In total, the team has sold around $350M in over 200 transactions.  The Braswell Team works with landlords and tenants to regularly secure leases valued over $1.2M annually.   

He lives with his wife and two kids by Prospect Park and runs the team out of Compass' Union Square office.
