Born and raised in the heart of West Virginia, Grant moved to North Carolina to study Communications at High Point University. Following his graduation, he moved to Raleigh and has quickly fallen in love with the Triangle ever since.
Before his real estate career, Grant satisfied his perpetual sweet tooth and worked in culinary as a pastry chef. Making an abundance of cakes, tortes, mousses, etc. was fun to him, but it was missing one important aspect: the one-on-one relationship building with the consumer. Grant made the career shift to real estate because he wanted to help people in a more substantial, life-changing way for them. And what is more life-changing than selling and/or buying a home?!
With a 13-year competitive swimming career behind him, Grant has learned the importance of discipline, hard work, consistency, and pushing through challenges. His education background has given him strong and effective communication skills, a deep understanding of people, and a genuine passion for helping others. These are all qualities he now brings to the world of real estate.
