Ten years in Colorado Hospitality and Business Management then Grant Purcell decided to take his talents to real estate where he now uses local insight, logistics and relationships to secure the best returns on investment for his clients.
Originally from Mississippi, the home of hospitality, Grant followed his nose for adventure from one end of the country to the next before he landed in Aspen and just couldn't leave.
Grant started as a valet and worked his way up to manage the front office of Aspen’s most coveted 5-star fractional ownership condominium complex.
Now, as the Rental and Fractional Specialist for Aspen Luxury Brokers, Grant’s relationships within Aspen and his experience managing hospitality teams ensures clients get the most from their Aspen investment. He’s adept at maximizing revenue with fractional strategies and homeowner strategies. From the other perspective, he’s also very skilled with home renter strategies - when and where to rent based on specific needs.
Along with his wife and two daughters Grant’s lives just down the river (or bike path!) from Aspen in, famed Woody Creek, home to The Woody Creek Tavern, the valley’s most popular cyclist watering hole. He and his family can be found on snowy days at Snowmass or on sunny days at Sunnyside!
