"Grant was absolutely stellar to work with. From the first meeting to determine why I wanted to buy a home and what I was looking for, to signing off on the final documents, Grant predicted my questions, concerns, over excitement, and fears while helping me manage the scariest financial undertaking of my life. He helped me find a home that checks off all of the boxes I was looking for, in the neighborhood I wanted, and helped identify an affordable loan that made purchasing possible."

"Grant was a very knowledgeable advisor and confident advocate, guiding me through the process as a first-time homebuyer. We had a prolonged negotiation at the offer stage, which resulted in a positive outcome for me. Grant coordinated with the attorneys, inspector and lender, and made everything so easy. He kept me focused and grounded through the entire experience." - Claudia

"When I was finally ready to sell my condo in the South End, Grant was there to provide the honest feedback and guidance I needed to prepare it for sale and lead the process to a fantastic sale price. Grant advised on painting, coordinated staging, and when we updated the bathroom, even made a trip to the design store to pick up the new wall mirror and vanity. Grant orchestrated a very tight process of showings and open houses resulting in multiple offers, which he carefully negotiated with each party, and guided me through to the best decision. I felt well advised the entire process, and it was a great outcome."" - Eric

"First time buyer: Journey from renter to potential owner! There is so much that is confusing about the home buying process as a first-timer. If you are LUCKY you have an attentive and knowledgeable real estate broker who is willing to GENUINELY go the extra mile to be your lifeline – Grant was exactly that for our family (of two and now three)! The shear shock of learning about earnest payments, escrow accounts, and amortization during the process; along, with the basic moving logistics can be overwhelming. Lucky for us, Grant guided us with the ease and compassion of someone who truly cared about our long-term goals!"

"We can't say enough good things about Grant and his guidance throughout our experience as first time home buyers and new Bostonians. Despite a looming deadline to move out of our previous living situation, an incredibly hot real estate market, and difficult work schedules, he managed to make the process manageable, and often fun. He was objective, flexible, and responsive. We recommend him wholeheartedly to all of our friends and family, and would jump at the chance to work with him again if the time comes. Thank you Grant"
