Having worked alongside many of Los Angeles' top-performing real estate professionals, he has developed extensive expertise in complex negotiations, sophisticated marketing strategies, and high-value transactions. This experience has positioned him as a trusted advisor in one of the country's most competitive luxury real estate markets.

Before transitioning into brokerage full time, Grant spent several years managing the operations of top-producing real estate teams, gaining comprehensive experience throughout every stage of the transaction process. His background with a real estate investment firm, combined with his role as a project manager for a luxury home developer, provided him with a unique perspective that extends well beyond traditional brokerage. With a deep understanding of finance, construction, development, and investment analysis, Grant is able to recognize opportunities others may overlook while guiding clients with confidence and strategic insight.

Real estate has always been a natural fit for Grant. Raised in a family of real estate professionals and investors, he developed an early appreciation for the industry and the lasting impact of real estate ownership. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment, along with a minor in Real Property Development, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Grant is deeply committed to the Pacific Palisades community and has played an active role in assisting families affected by the Palisades Fire. Through market expertise, local knowledge, and trusted guidance, he has helped homeowners and buyers navigate the rebuilding process while contributing to the long-term restoration of the community.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Grant served as a Head Beach Lifeguard for the City of Santa Barbara, where he competed in national lifeguard championships. The discipline, leadership, and composure he developed during those years continue to influence his approach to business. A lifelong athlete, he remains passionate about swimming, running, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, Grant enjoys spending time on the water boating, diving, and surfing. His appreciation for Southern California's coastal lifestyle further strengthens his connection to the communities he serves and the clients who call them home.
