Grayson Adams

Grayson Adams takes great pride in being a true San Diego local, born and
raised in the coastal community of Encinitas, CA. With deep roots and
extensive knowledge of North County, Grayson brings a strong connection to
the local lifestyle and real estate market throughout San Diego.

A graduate of California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration, Grayson earned his real estate license
in 2009 and has been actively involved in the industry ever since. His
background also includes experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
from 2013–2017, giving his clients a valuable edge when it comes to
understanding financing and navigating the full scope of a transaction.

In 2025, Grayson represented clients across a variety of transactions,
including listings, leases, and helping young families successfully
purchase their first homes. He is committed to providing a high level of
service built on integrity, clear communication, and a genuine focus on his
clients’ goals—whether they’re buying, selling, or relocating to San Diego.

Outside of real estate, Grayson enjoys everything the coastal lifestyle has
to offer—surfing, playing golf, and following the San Diego Padres. He is
also the founder of MAREA Coffee, based locally in Solana Beach. After nine
years of volunteer coaching, Grayson recently wrapped up his time with the
surf team at San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas, a role that reflects his
passion for mentorship, community, and giving back.
