About Grayson
As a Fort Worth native, Grayson’s deep-rooted connection to Fort Worth allows her to offer
invaluable insights into the area’s diverse real estate landscape. Grayson recently graduated
early from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications.
During her time at TCU, she held various internships in real estate and politics. Her past work
experience is expansive with America First Policy Institute in Fort Worth and in Washington DC,
where she assisted in planning events for some of the most notable and powerful people in
politics. Grayson is a member of the Tri Delta sorority, where she honed her leadership and
interpersonal skills, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.
Grayson joined the Duwe-Olsen Group in 2021 as an intern before becoming a licensed realtor. She has garnered invaluable hands-on experience alongside our team and understands the value of hard work, integrity and honesty.
