About Grayson
I am joining Compass with 3 years of real estate experience, specializing in assisting sellers and residential buyers with the navigation of the sale or purchase of their home. Graduating with a marketing & finance degree at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, I have developed extensive skills that focus on promotion, risk analysis and market analysis. I value my time continuing my education through my seasoned mentors and exceed expectations through consistent inquiry and thorough investment in my pursuits. Through my certificate courses in the real estate program, I obtained complementary instruction which considers mortgage banking, appraisal, investment, development and property management.
In 2019, I began my real estate career leading marketing operations for a team specializing in vineyards servicing the Bay area in California. The credibility this opportunity provided me helped me grow an impressive marketing portfolio which landed me with another real estate marketing job servicing the North Shore of Milwaukee before I ultimately joined The Collaboration at Compass.
In my free time, I enjoy sailing competitively, previously instructing young sailors as a US Sailing Coach. During my time at UWM, I operated as the President of the UW-Milwaukee Sailing Team. I was titled Student Captain with the most helmed hours recorded; over 200 hours at the helm of a 229 ft. sailing vessel while crossing the equator twice as well as completing two transatlantic voyages; visiting twenty three countries in a span of nine months while taking college courses through West Island University of the Netherlands Class Afloat. With a knack for photography and cinematography, I worked as the programs promotional editor producing & editing marketing videos for Yachting World Magazine’s website as well as developing a new website for the program.
