Grażyna Vincunas is a Realtor® with Compass San Francisco, specializing in the Outer Sunset
and nearby neighborhoods. With over 15 years of experience guiding clients through transactions
ranging from starter homes to luxury properties, she offers a distinctive blend of real-estate
expertise, design sense, and cross-cultural understanding.
After more than a decade of success as a Realtor® in Massachusetts, Grażyna relocated to San Francisco in 2022, bringing her extensive real-estate experience and a fresh perspective to the city’s dynamic market.
Before entering real estate, Grażyna owned a translating business, working across legal, medical, and business settings. This experience honed her ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and guide clients through complex decisions, skills she now brings to every real- estate transaction.
Trained in interior design, she combines creative vision with practical knowledge of renovation and property preparation, helping clients see the full potential in every home.
Originally from Poland and bilingual in English and Polish, Grażyna holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Wrocław. Now based in San Francisco, she blends Compass’s innovative platform with her market insight and personalized approach to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of real estate, Grażyna enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and gardening, and cherishes time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandchildren.
