Greg Boucher

Greg has more than three decades of experience in real estate, finance, marketing, business strategy and management. He specializes in showing his clients a pathway to grow their net worth through real estate.

Greg consults with clients in multiple areas to assist in buying and in funding purchases of their primary residence, their vacation homes or investment properties, and excels in handling complex income and asset situations, and he enjoys working with high-net- worth clients, self-employed, and businesses owners.

He also enjoys helping first-time homebuyers purchase their home and in procuring their financing -- even if they want or need some handholding or with financial assistance.

Greg holds a Master Certificate in Business Management from the A. B. Freeman Graduate School of Business at Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications with an emphasis on marketing and public relations from Missouri State University. In addition, Greg holds a Specialization in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia Darden School, with a focus on the dynamics of strategy management.

Greg enjoys regular extended family get-togethers, and spending time with Michelle, his spouse of 26+ years, and his son Luke. He also is an avid mountain biker and fisherman, biking and fishing various trails and streams in Maryland and offshore fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and wherever he can get a group of buddies to charter a boat off the coast the Eastern US, or the Gulfs of California or Mexico.
