Greg Butler

Greg is a 37-year veteran in real estate. He is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He launched his career in the pharmaceutical industry where he earned the distinct honor of Salesperson of the Year for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

Greg transitioned into real estate in 1981, attaining his Broker’s license and has owned his own real estate office in Eastern Washington. After moving to Western Washington, he helped start up the Windermere Bellevue Commons Office as the Managing Broker. He is well respected among his peers and has earned the distinction of agent of the year for Windermere on three occasions.

Greg is a “pro” in negotiations and successfully closing transactions. His expertise as a broker, long time veteran in real estate contracts and law, and broad knowledge of each step in the real estate process ensures that our clients receive knowledgeable advice and that their interests are protected each step of the way in order to achieve maximum results.
