If you caught me in the hallway somewhere, I’d shake your hand and say I’m Greg. So consider this a hallway… I’m Greg! I’m from back East (as they say) St. Mary’s, Maryland. No, I’m not a Colorado native, but I definitely got here as fast as I could. I’m a second gen Real Estate Professional, and I started this journey in 1995 earning my CRS, CNE, and SRES. Those are long titles so I’ll keep the acronyms, but what it really means is I take a lot of time and care to lead, guide, and ultimately advise my clients to make the most beneficial decisions when pursuing real estate properties, either buying or selling.

My real estate background started in investing when I bought my first rental at 16, and have kept churning away since then. I’ve learned many lessons from a ton of perspectives – as a real estate investor, mortgage broker, and staging designer – and from every angle I am able to lend that experience when any challenges present themselves. My philosophy really boils down to one major thing: making sure YOU are educated thoroughly to understand your highest needs, goals, and desires in order to make the most prudent decision in the home buying/selling process.

Being a cancer survivor, you realize how precious time truly is. It shatters the illusion of endless tomorrows — and oddly enough, that was the gift it left me.

That’s how I view life and business now. No one wants to waste their time, so I owe it to every client to be honest and provide the details they need to make informed decisions.
