Greg Mroz

Greg Mroz is a dedicated Realtor with COMPASS, Hawaii's leading luxury residential brokerage, and a co-founder of the Schuenke-Mroz Real Estate Team. Greg resides in Kailua, but he helps his clients with properties all over Oahu, including West Oahu, the North Shore, Windward Oahu, and all of Honolulu's neighborhoods between Kaka’ako and Hawaii Kai. He also assists clients with relocations and properties on other Hawaiian Islands (Maui, Kauai, and Big Island).

Before starting his real estate career in 2010, Greg studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Shidler College of Business. Originally from Szczecin, Poland, Greg grew up swimming and dreaming about representing the Polish National Team at the Olympics. Although narrowly missing the Sydney qualifying time in 2000, Greg's perseverance led to victories at the Polish Nationals and representing Poland in the European Arena.

In pursuit of higher education and athletic endeavors, Greg ventured to the United States. As a California State University Bakersfield freshman, he was pivotal in securing the NCAA Division II Championship title. Upon transferring to Hawaii in 2004, Greg earned a full-ride athletic scholarship. He proudly represented the University of Hawaii for the next three years, racing 100, 200, 500, 1,000, 1,650 Freestyle, and 400 Individual Medley and Team Relays. As a Junior in 2007, he earned the Corey Carroll Outstanding Award, something he's much more proud of than winning medals and Conference Championships. The final chapter of his swimming career was working at the UH Athletics and volunteering with the UH Team, which started a new path of helping others.

Twenty years of daily training, traveling, competing, then moving over 7,000 miles away from home, helped Greg evolve a refined set of skills to distinguish himself from other real estate professionals. Patience, persistence, preparedness, research, and complete dedication to the task at hand are the factors that continue to contribute to the success of Greg's clients. Finally, teaming up with Dan Schuenke, whom he met at Coldwell Banker in 2012, allowed them to improve the quality of services provided to their clients, leading to numerous record sales and happy clients who became close friends.
