Greg Volland

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, having graduated from Newport High School (Bellevue) and the University of Washington Business School. I started in real estate after graduating law school in San Diego in 2004. 

My entrepreneurial spirit has seen me be an owner in a real estate brokerage, become a successful remodel contractor, and help countless clients buy and sell homes. From the beginning, I have focused on elevating the real estate transaction experience while helping his clients achieve their personal dreams and goals. As my career advanced, I found my stride in residential real estate selling new construction.

I am experienced in multiple real estate practice areas and handle a wide array of scenarios and price points. I now live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with my beautiful wife, Melissa, and our two active sons. In my free time, I enjoy coaching youth baseball & soccer, fly fishing, boating, snow skiing, traveling (usually to a warm, sandy beach), volunteering and exploring all the natural beauty the Inland Northwest has to offer.
