About Gregory

Gregory brings the unique skill set of white glove hospitality and long standing relationship sales to Compass. His vast knowledge of the intimate details of New York neighborhoods has led his clients to refer to him as their "neighborhood concierge". As a proud board member and Vice President of Community Relations at Pelham Children's Center, he is always looking for ways to improve education for the youngest generations, including his own son who attends the center. 

With a strong work ethic, he researches prospective properties with an attention to detail. Gregory has a deep knowledge of board requirements ahead of any client's search, bolstered by having served as President of a cooperative and an intimate familiarity with renovation having gut renovated his own 1909 Shingle Style Victorian. Significantly, he prepares all sellers' exclusives with the diligence a well-trained musician approaching any composition, as he is a professional musician himself.

Gregory has a special passion for the vibrant arts and culture that the city has to offer as exemplified by his memberships at the Pelham Picture House, Pelham Preservation and Garden Society, New York Botanical Garden, and the Bronx Zoo. His past roles as Vice Chair of the Community Advisory Board for Flushing Meadows Corona Park and Committee Chair of Parks, Culture, and Historic Preservation for his local community board have fueled his knowledge of local stewardship. Traveling extensively to many European countries as well as to China and Turkey, has fueled his interest in architectural design and historical preservation.

His creative marketing ideas, as well as his musical abilities as an operatic tenor, yielded the first ever broker's "opera house" tour, a success by all who participated. Whether working with sellers, buyers, landlords, or renters, Gregory seeks every opportunity to negotiate the best outcome for his clients.
