Greg Stearns

Born and raised in Santa Monica, Greg Stearns brings deep local knowledge and a confident, strategic approach to residential real estate. Having experienced the Westside through many stages of life, he offers clients an authentic understanding of Los Angeles and its communities and neighborhoods.

Greg earned an engineering degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, before going on to live in Boston and New York City. In both cities he gained firsthand experience buying, selling, and renovating homes, broadening his perspective on housing, architecture, and urban living before ultimately returning home to Los Angeles.

Greg has hands-on experience with both extensive and cosmetic renovations and restorations across Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. This background gives him a strong understanding of construction and design, and helps his clients identify value-add opportunities that enhance both livability and long-term property value.

Greg lives in Santa Monica with his wife Gabriella and their son, Ezra, and takes pride in helping clients make confident real estate decisions in the community he has always called home.
