About Gretchen
Originally a Midwest girl from Michigan, but an Arizona resident and enthusiast since 2010. Besides Real Estate, I am passionate about adoption - my three children were adopted through foster care and I've loved sharing my personal story and raising awareness for adoption as a beautiful way to build a family.

We are a dog family! Mini-goldendoodle, Lily, was the perfect addition to our family and I'm doing my best to stay firm when the kids ask for another puppy....

I'm a CODA - that's Child of Deaf Adults. My parents worked really hard as I was growing up to provide the best future they could for me. It comes out in my work ethic; I learned from their example. Sign language was my first language and while I'm pretty rusty and slangy - I love the language and it's really important to me. Ask me and I'll teach you how to sign your name!

I've operated in Real Estate since 2017. I work in all parts of the greater Phoenix area and in Pinetop / Lakeside as well! My business supports buyer, seller and investor in all types of home sales and purposes from first time homes to move-up homes, new build construction and investments.
