"Greylin was able to sell my co-op within two weeks of it being placed on the market. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and provided me statistical sales summary which were accurate and helpful. I live out of the area which made email and phone communication very essential....at times, I don't think he received my messages or may have been too busy to respond as quickly as I would have wanted. That said, I found him helpful throughout the sales and closing process, and I would recommend him to any prospective buyer or seller of property. May I also say that he was very patience through a long process of renovating my unit before it was . About Greylin
Greylin Thomas is a second-generation Realtor with personal Real Estate experience of over 20 years! Greylin grew up in what was the small town of Haymarket, Virginia (before its expansion/development) with his parents, on his grandparentā€™s farm. He spent the most recent 20 years in Northern Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington) and Washington, D.C. (Logan Circle, Dupont, and Capitol Hill).

Fun times for Greylin could be hanging out with friends, cycling on local trails, working out, camping (ask him about his RV trip to Dollywood), traveling, spending time with his family, volunteering, meditating, buying and selling real estate, amateur painting, decorating, and reading.
