JOHN GRISWOLD

Team Lead, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®

John is a master negotiator. He obsesses about strategy and loves to collaborate with his clients to find the perfect solution. He is fearless, confident and very adept at finding unique solutions for our clients. Prior to residential real estate, John was the Vice President of Amber Hotel Company, where he brokered hotels across the country. John has a bachelor’s degree in theatre from Principia College, which has come in handy more than once. John is all about his three children, beach volleyball, and planning the next Griswold family vacation with his wife Elizabeth.

KATIE GRISWOLD

Director of Operations

Katie loves managing the entire business operation. She has a high attention to detail and prides herself on running a tight ship. Katie also has an analytical mind and a nose for market value. Katie holds a Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and began her career at Tallen Capital Partners, a commercial Investment and Brokerage firm. Katie loves rock climbing, surfing, and hanging out with her two dogs and two cats. She also writes children’s books and poems.

BOB GRISWOLD

Having been the Western Region Sales Manager for New Balance, K-Swiss and Wrangler Jeans prior to his 20+ career as a top agent in North County, San Diego, Bob brings high-level experience, negotiation skills and business acumen to the table. His many years in the business afford him great wisdom and knowledge that benefit our clients greatly. Bob loves spending time with his grandchildren, and ocean sailing.
