Katie excels in marketing, presentation and all things tech. Katie also loves building close relationships with her clients and supporting them from start to finish. Katie holds a Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and began her career at Tallen Capital Partners, a Retail Investment & Brokerage company specializing in the redevelopment and repositioning of shopping centers. Katie spent several years as Director of Leasing, managing properties throughout the state of California.
John excels at problem-solving, communicating and negotiating. He is fearless, confident and very adept at finding unique solutions for our clients. Prior to residential real estate, John was the Vice President of Amber Hotel Company in Los Angeles, where he brokered Hotels across the country. John moved back to San Diego to pursue the dream of a family in real estate.
