This is her story:  

 Born in Mexico City, Guadalupe developed an early appreciation for the city's magnificent architecture. At 18, she pursued her passion for building by enrolling at the renowned Escuela Nacional de Arquitectura. This passion sparked a love for travel and exploration, leading her on a ten-month journey through Europe, where the grandeur of its architecture left a lasting impression on her adventurous spirit.
  Guadalupe’s second passion is her high school sweetheart, who became her husband. After marrying in the vibrant city of Austin, family became their priority. Together, as entrepreneurs, they founded Sunland International, a forwarding agency in El Paso, TX, facilitating export-import transactions between Mexico and the U.S. As General Manager, Guadalupe played a key role in the company’s growth to over 100 employees, implementing operational systems, managing productivity, and shaping financial strategies. 

  Guadalupe's entrepreneurial and resilient spirit continued to thrive. While her children attended college in San Marcos, she launched a sterling silver jewelry business in Austin. Simultaneously, she began remodeling homes in El Paso and opened a franchise of Curves, a gym dedicated to women's fitness, further showcasing her diverse business ventures.  

  Guadalupe soon realized that remodeling homes rekindled her original passion for architecture, making real estate the perfect next step to solidify her business. What she didn’t anticipate was that real estate would become her third passion. With a natural affinity for the field, she is deeply committed to helping her clients achieve their goals, driven by both passion and dedication.

  Guadalupe’s strategy is straightforward and highly effective. She begins by asking the right questions and showing genuine interest in understanding her clients' needs. Together, they create a tailored, dynamic plan that serves as a strategic roadmap throughout the process. With a detail-oriented and diligent approach, she ensures every piece falls into place, navigating any obstacles with ease. For Guadalupe, the closing day—whether handing over keys to buyers or checks to sellers—should be a joyful and seamless experience.  

Guadalupe was recognized as a Top Dollar Producer in El Paso for three consecutive years before relocating to Austin in 2016, where she now thrives with her family. Two children and three grandchildren.

  An added bonus is working alongside her son Sergio, a mortgage lender. Together, this mother-son team has helped countless families, from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners, achieve their homeownership dreams in both El Paso and Austin
