Guillermo Freixas

I’m Guillermo Freixas, a first-generation Cuban-American and proud Miamian, born and raised in Coral Gables. After graduating from Christopher Columbus High School, I went on to study Business and Marketing at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects for some of Miami’s most prominent developers, an experience that revealed the true impact of aligning sales and marketing with purpose and precision.

Now in my 12th year in the business, I’m a member of the Riley Smith Group at Compass, specializing in premier residential properties across Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, Brickell, and Miami Beach. My approach combines creativity and data. I use storytelling to connect, and deep market analysis to uncover value for every client, whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor.

In 2019, I launched My Block Miami, a digital brand recognized as the go-to source for all things Miami real estate. The platform reflects my love for this city - through my content, I spotlight the homes, businesses, and people that make Miami one of a kind. Whether I’m marketing a listing, promoting a local restaurant, or backing a neighborhood initiative, I use my social channels to serve both my community and the clients I’m fortunate to work with.

My wife Natalie and I live in the Sunrise Harbour community of Coral Gables, where we enjoy spending time on the boat and with our two dogs, Mardi and Gary. Giving back is a shared priority for us - Natalie is a physician, and together we support organizations like the League Against Cancer and The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
