Born in Kazakhstan, Gulnara holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the Academy of Languages and is fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and Uzbek. She moved to New York in 2007 to pursue further studies in Business Administration and Accounting—and fell in love with the city she now calls home. A proud Brooklyn resident, she has lived in Kensington, Sheepshead Bay, and Midwood, and continues to serve buyers and sellers across Brooklyn and Manhattan with a deep sense of local expertise.

Outside of real estate, Gulnara is an active member of South Brooklyn’s Russian-speaking community and a devoted mother of two. Her love for New York City is as strong today as it was the day she arrived—driving her to help others find their perfect place in it.
