We live in Dallas but wanted a place in Austin for our frequent visits to our grandkids. "I met Guy Koret through Compass; site and found him to be quite attentive to my townhouse/condo search without being overly pushy. He responded to my inquiries promptly and was knowledgeable about the housing market in Austin. Since I am from Dallas and was looking for a second residence near my daughter he zeroed in on exactly what I was looking for. The distance from my daughter was very important and he knew exactly what areas would meet this expectation. He also worked with my daughter, Amy, so when a property came on the market and he gladly set up appointments to take her her to see listings.
