"I’ve never really been impressed by a realtor, until Guy. We met Guy at an open house and had an immediate rapport. And although we weren’t quite certain of our real estate timeline, Guy showed genuine interest in our search and from the start he was engaged, informed, and genuinely helpful. Over the next few weeks, he showed us several properties in our dream neighborhood and demonstrated a phenomenal grasp of the neighborhood and market. Rather soon, we went through an offer process on an property where we couldn’t come to terms with the seller, and Guy handled it expertly.
