Gwynn Sasser

My name is Gwynn Sasser and I co-lead the SasserFritz Real Estate Team, alongside Amy Fritz. As a native Charlottean, albeit few and far between, I offer extensive knowledge of the Carolinas, bringing clients a comprehensive, stress-free experience. For nearly a decade, I've maintained a healthy passion for educating and servicing the needs of my clientele, many of whom, have been referral-based/referrals from previous clients. I've found that, in life, determination and persistence equal success; buying or selling a home is no exception. SasserFritz is a real estate team that you can count on. We're one team, with one goal...YOU. Prior to joining Allen Tate in 2006, I was a ranked tennis player and Head Tennis Professional at Private Country Clubs. The same values that have contributed to winning championships, such as tenacity, dedication and commitment, have also translated into success within the real estate market. These days, it is our clients that hold the trophy, knowing that they've chosen a winning team. In this fast-paced industry, getting time away from the office can be difficult. Finding balance is a ’must’ for me and often, a huge challenge; however, I do find time to run a few times per week, and play tennis from time to time. Tennis has created excellent habits, and I feel fortunate to continue doing what I love to do. As I get older, long walks and wine tastings aren't so bad either. Cheers!
