Prior to joining Compass, Hailan owned a boutique 30-agent real estate firm, and she has closed over $30 million in annual transactions in each of the last three years. Hailan was born and raised in Hangzhou, China, and holds six degrees, including a master's degree in communications from Peking University. She most recently graduated summa cum laude from FIT. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her Catskills home for hiking with her dog, skiing and antique shopping.
