About Hal
Hal joined after a 25 year affiliation with Remax. Having been raised in Atlanta, extensive knowledge and familiarity with every nook and cranny of our dynamic city is his best working asset. Balancing his passion historic homes and neighborhoods while understanding the ever changing landscape demand infill housing, Hal has forged successful relationships with local intown builders who share the vision of thoughtful and sensitive development.
Consistently ranked among the top producers of the Atlanta Board of Realtors over the years while maintaining friendly and professional bonds with the community has provided frequent opportunities to present "off market" properties to his clients. Almost 30% of Hal's 2017 transactions were unlisted properties, a huge advantage for buyers in a competitive market.
Neighborhoods and market segments include Virginia Highland, Morningside, Druid Hills, Midtown, Decatur and Buckhead. As an investor, evaluating and assisting in acquiring multifamily properties and land is second nature.
Hal grew up in Druid Hills, is a UGA graduate and currently lives in the Poncey Highland neighborhood.
