Haley Perry is a full-time licensed real estate advisor serving western Connecticut, with a focus on Candlewood Lake, Lake Lillinonah, and the surrounding communities.

Before entering real estate, Haley spent nearly 20 years leading marketing for many well-known consumer brands. She now brings that experience to every transaction through thoughtful preparation, clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a polished approach to presenting each home. For sellers, that means identifying what makes a property special and creating marketing designed to connect with the right buyers. For buyers, it means listening closely, understanding what matters most, and helping them evaluate each opportunity with confidence.

Haley’s knowledge of lake living comes from lived experience. She grew up in a lake community, has lived on both Candlewood Lake and Lake Lillinonah, and has spent nearly two decades boating on Connecticut’s lakes. She understands the differences between waterfront and lake-access properties, the character of the various communities, and the practical details that can shape how a home is enjoyed.

She also has a genuine appreciation for homes, design, and new construction. Growing up, Haley helped her father with the vacation homes he built for their family, and she later experienced the process firsthand when she and her husband built their own home in Newtown. That perspective helps her see both the details of a home today and the potential within it.

As a member of the Advanced Waterfront Team at Compass, Haley works with buyers and sellers throughout Candlewood Lake’s five surrounding towns, Sherman, New Milford, New Fairfield, Brookfield, and Danbury, as well as Lake Lillinonah and nearby western Connecticut communities. Her approach is personal, responsive, and well organized, with a focus on making every step feel clear, considered, and well managed.

When she is not working with clients, you will find Haley wakesurfing on Candlewood Lake with her family or spending time at Candlewood East Marina, where her husband, Chris, leads the sales team. Haley also serves as Candlewood East Marina’s Preferred Real Estate Partner, helping members of the marina community navigate buying and selling on the lake.
