Nigel’s love of real estate stems from his graduate studies in City and Regional Planning at Pratt Institute where he served as assistant editor to the Planner’s Network publication. He was also part of the contributing studio that helped develop the Greenpoint 197-a plan which the city commission approved in 2001.
