Originally from Pasadena, CA, Hana attended the University of Iowa to build new connections, expand her network, and create memorable experiences. During a work trip abroad, she met her husband, a member of the United States Marine Corps, who was stationed in Japan at the time. The two eventually settled in San Diego, where they’ve made it their home ever since.

Hana began her career in property management as a showing representative and quickly grew into a broader role, overseeing tenant relations, handling owner requests, and coordinating with technicians on everything from minor repairs to full remodels. Through this hands-on experience, she gained a deep understanding of the rental market and property operations in San Diego.

She also represented herself in the purchase of her & her husband's first home. That first-time home buyer feeling is like no other, and the process gave her a unique perspective of having the homebuyer’s and realtor’s point of view in the same transaction.
