As a San Luis Obispo native, Hanna Schultz-Cook brings a deep love for the Central Coast and a strong sense of community to her work in real estate. She began her career with the Kabaker Medeiros Group as the team’s Administrative Assistant, where she developed a reputation for exceptional organization, communication, and client care. In June 2025, Hanna expanded her role by earning her real estate license—allowing her to serve clients directly while continuing to support the team’s seamless operations.
Known for her thoughtful approach and calm professionalism, Hanna helps clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Her background in team operations gives her a unique edge: she understands every detail behind a successful transaction and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Whether coordinating behind the scenes or guiding buyers and sellers firsthand, Hanna’s focus is always on creating a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Beyond real estate, Hanna is also part of her family’s long-standing local business, a San Luis Obispo staple for more than 30 years. That experience has deepened her connection to the community and her appreciation for the small businesses that make the Central Coast so special.
When she’s not working, Hanna enjoys exploring SLO County with her two young children, ages six and three. Weekends often find them at the beach, discovering new parks, or sharing meals at their favorite local restaurants. Grounded in kindness, integrity, and community, Hanna approaches both life and work with heart—and a deep love for the place she’s always called home.
